Smoking is a dangerous habit. But most of people do not realize or they even do not care. We can see that almost every time and everywhere many people enjoy their cigarettes. Once smoking habit is started, it will become addiction and will be hard to stop. Nicotine, the substance contained in tobacco, can cause both physical and psychological dependency. Prolonged smoking can invite dangerous smoking diseases. Many organs of the body can be affected by fatal effect of smoking. Lung cancer, stroke, cardiovascular diseases, bronchitis and emphysema are the usual smoking diseases.

The chance of getting lung cancer will be higher according to how often they smoke. The more they smoke, the higher is the risk of lung cancer. Usually, no one feels this smoking disease at the early stage. They usually realize the disease after it becomes serious and severe. They even do not realize that their smoking habit is not only risking their health but also their family and people around. When they are smoking, their family and the people around will also inhale the smoke from the cigarettes.

Lung cancer is not the only major cause of death in smokers. There are some other smoking diseases like heart attack, coronary artery disease and so on. When they inhale the smoke of cigarette, the fatty substance will be deposited and in the long run causes high blood pressure. The pulse rate will also get raised and the blood supply will get decreased.

When we are smoking, the carbon monoxide will get created in the smoke and lessen the essential element in blood circulation. However, our body keeps on trying to supply sufficient oxygen to the brain. This condition can cause the damaged blood vessels get broken and induce stroke. If the stroke is mild, the recovery for these kinds of smoking diseases is possible. But if the stroke is severe, it can lead you to death.
