To be successful in quit smoking, the smokers have to defeat their cigarette addiction both psychologically and physically.

When a smoker starts to quit, or the intake of cigarette is cut, the smoker will experience withdrawal symptoms. This is the result of a lack of nicotine since the body has been dependent on the cigarette addiction. Psychologically, when a smoker stop the habit, a major change in their behavior will occur. Physically, the cut of nicotine intake causes the body react. The smoker should be ready to face physical and psychological factors once they quit. The withdrawal symptoms can include depression, frustration, trouble sleeping, restlessness, crankiness and etc.
