Once smoking habit is started, it will become addiction and will be hard to stop. Nicotine, the substance contained in tobacco, can cause both physical and psychological dependency. Prolonged smoking can invite dangerous smoking diseases. Many organs of the body can be affected by fatal effect of smoking. Lung cancer, stroke, cardiovascular diseases, bronchitis and emphysema are the usual smoking diseases.

The chance of getting lung cancer will be higher according to how often they smoke. The more they smoke, the higher is the risk of lung cancer. Usually, no one feels this smoking disease at the early stage. They usually realize the disease after it becomes serious and severe. They even do not realize that their smoking habit is not only risking their health but also their family and people around.
